Sügis // Seenelkäik

Kuigi ma jumaldan kuldset, päikesepaistest kiirgavat sügist, meeldivad mulle ka mõnusalt udused sügispäevad. See nädalavahetus oleme me jällegi Igori kodus ja juba reede õhtul planeerisime me järgmisel päeval metsa seeni korjama minna. Lisasin mõned pildid meie retkest ja saagist.

Allthough I love golden fall, I can also enjoy grey and foggy fall days. This weekend we are again at Igor's home and already yesterday we planned to go to forest today. Finally after long hot summer, the nature is awake again and forest is full of mushrooms. Here are some photos of our trip and our catch.

 Anne Mai & Andreja

Kohe jõudmas seenemetsa / Almost at mushroom forest

Sirmik, mis on väärt oma nime / Panasol mushroom that is worth it's name

Eemalda jalg, puhasta kübar ning paneeri muna ja saiaga / Remove mushroom's leg, clean the upper part and bread it before frying

Meie saak / Our catch

Suurem osa saagist olid sirmikud, mida paneeritakse nagu šnitslit ja praetakse õlis. Maitsevad väga hästi.

Most of our catch contained of parasol mushrooms that are excellent - you bread them and fry them in oil. Yummie!

Kui palju seenesõpru minu blogi lugemas käib? How many mushroom friends come here to read my blog?
:)

  2. Whaat?! You have a limit?
People in Estonia earn money with picking mushrooms and berries. Ofcourse the forests are full of these goodies also ;)
